HEALTHCARE.GOV SCHEDULES MAINTENANCE WORK

As Healthcare.gov open enrollment looms the website will continue to prepare for this period, which begins on November 15. This maintenance work is to avoid repeating the 2013, disastrous launch. These preparations will include extra scheduled maintenance. Starting October 29th, if you visit the website you will get this message:
This system is not available to you right now. We are performing scheduled maintenance. The healthcare.gov site its self will be available, which means people may still learn about the Marketplace so they can be prepared when the website is available.
These upgrades and updates during certain periods will take place over the next few weekends as they continue to prepare for open enrollment.
