The first ObamaCare repeal bill was vetoed by Obama which was supposed to successfully pass in the senate. This bill had included some measures to defund Planned Parenthood. The ACA would have been repealed and it would have defunded the Planned Parenthood, the “Restoring Americans” Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act would have done this.
