ObamaCare Repeal was Vetoed, President wagged his finger at GOP

The first ObamaCare repeal bill was vetoed by Obama which was supposed to successfully pass in the senate. This bill had included some measures to defund Planned Parenthood. The ACA would have been repealed and it would have defunded the Planned Parenthood, the “Restoring Americans” Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act would have done this. Instead of the GOP doing something useful as the President wags his finger at the GOP. Tax payer dollars were wasted in this effort to repeal Planned Parenthood again as well as the ACA 50 something....
