THE NEW AND IMPROVED HEALTHCARE.GOV IS UNVEILED
One October 29, the Obama administration unveiled the new version of HealthCare.gov. The new site has some improvements as well as a single early mistake a new challenge. However, the administration says the site will not reveal 2015 premiums.
The Obama administration said the HealthCare.gov website will not show 2015 premiums until the second week in November. Open enrollment will begin on November 15 and will end on February 15. Coverage for 2015 will begin on January 1.
An advantage to the new website is that site will have a function for a streamline application for those Americans who are signing up for the first time. Seventy-Six screens for the online application has decrease to 16. The website has also been optimized for mobile devices.
