Open enrollment for Obamacare could have already topped 9 million, according to data released by the Department of Health and Human Services. This puts the Obama administration on track to reach their insurance goal for 2015. According to this report, about 6.5 million Americans have enrolled on HealthCare.gov as of December 26.
