Open enrollment for Obamacare could have already topped 9 million, according to data released by the Department of Health and Human Services. This puts the Obama administration on track to reach their insurance goal for 2015. According to this report, about 6.5 million Americans have enrolled on HealthCare.gov as of December 26. Enrollment under Obamacare care surged last week driven by the deadline for receiving coverage to begin Jan. 1, 2015. Unlike in 2013, the website (Healthcare.gov) is working properly.
