GETTING HEALTH CARE LAW TAX PENALTY WAIVER A REAL CHORE

Millions of Americans may qualify for waivers from the most unpopular part of the Affordable Care Act, however receiving this exemption could be a challenge. The healthcare law requires that Americans carry health insurance remains contentious and these waivers were created to ease this impact. While some of these exemptions seem easy, others will require math calculations. Some will involve sending in applications by mail and supporting documents such as news articles, medical bills, obituaries, police reports, and utility shut-off notices. Consumers will need to dig up the proper documentations because it is not like filing the W-2s you get from your employer. Some people may now seek exemptions through HealthCare.gov and if approved will get a number to enter on their IRS form for later use. Others however, will apply directly to the Internal Revenue Service when they file their 2014 tax returns next year and will use a new Form 8965.
