The Obama administration announced on Thursday that they have been over-reporting the number of Americans who signed up for the Affordable Care act. A spokesman for the administration reported that the total count for the enrollment is about 400,000 people. These Americans have separate dental coverage along with a medical plan, but were double-counted by accident. They purchased both a dental and medical plan under the Affordable Care Act and state insurance markets.
